This East Nashville cottage was a fun project. The once loved home was in need of a modern makeover and updated floorplan that would better serve its future residents. Walls came down and the ceiling was vaulted in the great room, creating the perfect space for entertaining friends and family. Unique finishes like the copper farm sink and industrial shelves in the kitchen are talking points for visiting guests that seamlessly blend with the urban farmhouse styling. Each bedroom was given a stylish design and the two bathrooms featured signature Enchanted Homes’ styling – a crawl foot tub and custom tile work. Additionally, sliding doors throughout the home maximize the square footage and create the homey, farmhouse feel we love.
The home is surrounded by a lush, private yard so keeping the space airy with lots of natural light was an obvious choice. We love how it makes this home feel like a spacious retreat in the city – one the new owners will love for years to come.
