With miles of hidden charm and blue skies, this Mt. Juliet farmhouse was calling our names! We could see peeks of her inner beauty waiting to be revealed under decades of renovations – and some sad, beige carpet.
We lovingly resorted the farmhouse – uncovering and restoring original elements, updating outdated spaces with the home’s style in mind, and preserving her natural charm!
The fresh white exterior sets of accents of emerald in the shutters and roof, inviting you in to the home – complete with restored pine floors, shiplap walls, and beadboard ceilings.
Salvaged materials play a huge part in bringing out the historic charm of the home. Antique echo the stained glass window and reclaimed corbels mimic the gingerbread trim from the porch.
